Mercure Thame Lambert Hotel has a choice of 44 bedrooms with 9 traditional yet stylish bedrooms located in the Inn with a further 35 spacious rooms in the Courtyard. All accommodation is contemporary in decor with solid wood furniture and calming muted colour schemes. All offer home from home comforts such as comfy thick duvets, thick and fluffy towels, luxurious toiletries, plasma TVs with Freeview channels and free Wi-Fi access, now with superfast Fiber Optic Broadband (up to 70meg).
All of our bedrooms are non-smoking.
Pets Invited We at Mercure Thame Lambert Hotel are big pet lovers and understand the importance of being able to take your pet on holiday with you, which is why we are a pet friendly establishment.
We have designated ‘pet friendly’ accommodation that includes all the same superior accommodations as our other bedrooms. Upon request the following pet amenities are available:
- Food & water bowls for their use during their stay
- Pet registration is £25 per room per night.
- Pet rooms are inspected upon check out - minimum cleaning fee of £100 will be charged for any damage or soiling of the room
- We allow a maximum of 2 pets per room and a 75 pound weight limit for well behaved dogs
- Please do not leave your pets unattended in your room
- Housekeeping will not provide service to your guest room while your pet is present
- Pets are welcome in our garden and courtyard area. Pets (excl service animals) are not permitted in the bar and restaurant
- Please keep your pets on a lead at all times while outdoors and in public areas
- Guests who do not register their pets will be charged a minimum £100 fee
- Owner assumes all liability for damage to property caused directly by the pet

100% Guest Satisfaction Policy
We guarantee guest satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your stay, please let hotel staff know straight away. If we cannot correct the situation to your satisfaction during your stay, you will not be charged for that element of your stay. Accommodation related dissatisfaction is limited to one room one night.
